Tour Meeting Tue, May 1, 7pm: MANDATORY for Every Tourgoer + 1 parent/guardian/responsible adult

Less than 90 days (and counting) till our fabulous N.Y.C. Choir Tour and performance in Avery Fisher Hall with Dr. Paul Rardin!!! Student leaders have been planning fun activities for our free time in the city (when we’re not rehearsing with Dr. Rardin). And rehearsals on our tour music begin this month. There’s a lot to look forward to, and I know it’s going to be a fabulous trip for all our CHS singers!!!

Avery Fisher Hall (Lincoln Center)

In order to disseminate all important details for the trip (itinerary, organization, expectations) and answer any questions you may have, all tourgoers, parents, and chaperones will meet Tuesday, May 1, at 7:00 pm, in the Choir Room.

This meeting is MANDATORY FOR ALL TOUR-GOERS AND AT LEAST ONE RESPONSIBLE ADULT REPRESENTATIVE FOR EACH STUDENT. There will be no exceptions.

All tour-going students and one adult per student must attend. If a parent(s) is unable to attend, a neighbor, family friend, extended family member, etc. must attend on the parent(s)’s behalf. The information disseminated at this meeting is vital to the success of the trip. Not only we will we give crucial information about activities, procedures, and expectations, but student representatives will tell you all about the fun activities they have planned for the group, our tour t-shirts and Cheltenham Choirs water bottles that will be available, the Broadway show we’ll see, etc., etc.)

Please put this meeting on your calendar now! The importance of this meeting cannot be stressed enough. Any student who does not attend or who attends without a responsible adult will not be allowed to go on the tour.

Again, we are looking forward to a fantastic and fun musical experience in the Big Apple! Thank you to you all for your support of this exciting endeavor. It will be an experience our students treasure for years to come!!!
