Schedule for Clinic & Concert with Dr. Raines, Nov 10-12

Hello Cheltenham Choirs!

As you know, our first concert of the year is Saturday, November 12. And we have the great honor of working with a fantastic conductor on that concert: Dr. Alan Raines.

Dr. Raines is the director of a large, prestigious choral program at Baylor University, in Texas, and he is also in high demand as a clinician and guest conductor. I have worked closely with Dr. Raines and have sung under his direction numerous times. He is an extraordinary musician and conductor. Moreover, he is approachable, friendly, and entertaining–and he is thrilled to visit our school, meet you, and make music with you for three days!

Please take note of the following schedule for our work with Dr. Raines and our fabulous accompanist, Parker Kitterman. Per your course syllabus, attendance is required at these times. (Access your syllabus here if you need a refresher on what you have agreed to as a member of the Cheltenham choir program. Also, see the syllabus for your required concert attire.)

Can’t wait to hear your work with Dr. Raines and to watch you perform on the first concert of the year!
